LEGAL OBLIGATIONS: What Faith Communities Need to Know

In the past decade, South Africa has enacted a new Constitution and more than 800 new laws designed to protect the human rights and dignity of all of our people. As a result, all South African institutions, including faith communities, are operating in a changed legal environment.
